Call for Contributions | ISO-FOOD 2026 

The ISO-FOOD 2026 International Symposium (San Michele all’Adige, Italy | 13–15 May 2026) invites researchers, technologists, and professionals to share advances in isotopic and analytical approaches for food authenticity, traceability, safety, quality, and sustainability. 

This multidisciplinary event brings together science, technology, and industry to discuss how isotope-based methods and complementary analytical tools strengthen food system integrity in a changing global context. 

Topics include: 

  • Food authenticity & origin verification 
  • Analytical standards & food metrology 
  • Foodomics & multi-omics integration 
  • Emerging foods & sustainable production 
  • Isotopes, climate change, & risk assessment 

The organizers welcome oral presentations, posters, and industry/application contributions, encouraging participation not only from academia and research institutions, but also from companies, laboratories, and food sector operators interested in innovation, validation, and real-world implementation. 

Abstract submission deadline: 15 March 2026
